Associate
Tiffani DiPrizito is an Associate at the firm. Ms. DiPrizito has practiced exclusively in Matrimonial and Family Law. Prior to joining DiMascio & Associates, Ms. DiPrizito practiced as an Associate at another prominent Matrimonial Law firm.
Since her admission to the bar, Ms. DiPrizito has engaged in extensive litigation in connection with domestic relations matters in both Supreme and Family Courts. She has had notable victories, including a case of first impression out of the Suffolk County Supreme Court. She has zealously advocated for her clients in complex custody and support hearings, she has argued and won both oral and written applications, and has drafted numerous stipulations and settlement agreements.
Ms. DiPrizito received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. During law school, Ms. DiPrizito interned at a Matrimonial Law firm and completed a judicial internship for the then-administrative Justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center. She was a member of the Hofstra Law interscholastic Mock Trial team and published a Note in the Family Court Review. She was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review and was the Founding Treasurer of the Family Law Society.
Ms. DiPrizito is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, its Matrimonial Committee and Rising Stars sub-committee, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. Ms. DiPrizito is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
